Beautiful, bright, fully-equipped 33m² flat with a sleeping area on the mezzanine. Ideal for a short stay in Lyon, with family, for work or with friends. In a great location, make the most of the area with all its shops nearby, making your stay even more practical and enjoyable.

The flat is on the second floor (no lift) and comprises: A lounge area with a 2-seater sofa bed, coffee table, armchair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi connection, wardrobe and storage space. A dining area with table and chairs for 4 people. An open-plan kitchen, fully furnished and equipped with fridge, hob, microwave/oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, crockery and all you need to cook. A mezzanine with approx. 1.50 m high ceilings, a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and storage space. Finally, a shower room with walk-in shower and WC. For your convenience, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning charge.
