Every studio is bright, fully furnished, and entirely self-contained. Each includes a comfortable bed, a modern en-suite bathroom, and a private kitchenette with a fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essential cookware you need to prepare meals at home. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided, making it ideal for working remotely, studying, or streaming your favourite content. A shared washer/dryer is also available on the ground floor. Enjoy the convenience of flexible self-check-in using smart locks, giving you the freedom to arrive whenever it suits your schedule. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). There are CCTV cameras in the communal areas and externally. Noise can be heard from the street outside. We kindly ask all guests to respect our strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. If evidence of smoking is found during or after your stay (such as smoke odours, ashes, or cigarette butts), a smoking fee of up to £300 may be charged to cover additional cleaning and restoration costs. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone in the building, parties, excessive noise, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. If these rules are breached, we may need to take appropriate action, which could include ending the reservation early. Any costs incurred as a result may be charged in accordance with the booking terms.
