The sleek, glossy kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, including a coffee machine, toaster, oven, and electric hob, making it a joy to prepare your favourite dishes. The living room's two large doors open onto a private patio with outdoor furniture, leading to a spacious communal garden. In the cosy bedroom, you'll find a dressing table with a chair and mirror that can double as a desk, ideal for those needing a quiet workspace. The bathroom features delightful blue tiles, a bathtub with a wall-mounted shower, and an electric towel rail for added comfort.

Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
