The smoke-free property is just zero point two miles from Notting Hill Gate Underground Station, placing shops, restaurants and excellent transport links within easy reach. The apartment features a welcoming living room with a comfortable sofa bed, dining table and Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cooking utensils, a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, and an instant hot tap for added convenience. Both bedrooms are bright and comfortable, with two double beds, one of which can be arranged as two singles if needed. There are two bathrooms with large shower trays and overhead showers, plus a separate WC. Complimentary Wi-Fi, fresh linen and towels, and eco-friendly toiletries are provided for a comfortable stay.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings. We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
