Welcome The apartment is centrally located, cosy, and comfortable. It has been recently renovated and is well equipped. It is ideal for five guests, but can accommodate up to seven adults. It is located on the fourth floor of the building and is accessible by stairs. The apartment has a total area of 81 square metres and features a bright, sunny balcony/terrace where you can enjoy your meals. The apartment includes three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. Two of the bedrooms do not have windows. In the living room, there is also a double sofa bed. A baby cot can be provided upon prior request. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, blender, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, and dishwasher. The apartment has one full bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning. Please note that the internet connection may not be suitable for streaming or remote work. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included) Important Note: The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator.
