The apartment is central, cosy and comfortable. It has just been renewed and is well equipped. It is ideal for 5 people but can accommodate up to 7 adults. - On the 4th floor of the building, accessed by stairs. - 81 square meters. - Amazing and sunny balcony/Terrace to enjoy your meals; - This apartment has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds and the last one with one single bed. Two of the bedrooms have no windows. You will also found another double sofa bed in the living room space. A baby cot can be provided upon previous request. - One full furnished kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, blender, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher). - One full bathroom. - Air conditioning. The internet connection might not be suitable for streaming or performing remote work activities. We look forward to welcoming you. Enjoy the stay. Be our guest! This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included) Important Note: The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator.
