The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, making it perfect for couples and small families. The R. Santana à Lapa tram stop is just steps away from the apartment, so guests will be able to explore the city with ease.

Welcome to our home! Modern and tastefully decorated, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The apartment comes with an open floor plan. The spacious living area features a sofa and a flatscreen TV where you can relax and watch your favourite movies after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. There is also a dining table big enough to sit 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen bed while the other bedroom contains a single bed and a sofabed. All beds comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a good night's sleep. The bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, you will receive a message with your check-in options, as well as where you can pick up your keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge at the property has a cost of 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included).
