Welcome to my home! This spacious 120m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse dining experiences. The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a cosy sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for meals or gatherings. Multiple windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. You’ll also have access to a balcony where you can enjoy fresh air and city views. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and cutlery. The apartment offers two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and unwind. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
