Welcome! This apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs. You will find a spacious open area with an extra-large terrace and large sliding doors with a partial view of the river, decorated with classic and modern design. With seating and denies inside and out, you can choose to have your meals indoors or on the large terrace. Or you can settle on the sofa and enjoy a movie or your favourite TV show on the smart, flat-screen TV with cable and internet connectivity. The kitchen has a fridge, convection oven, electric hob, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Two rooms have queen-sized beds and hotel-quality linen. Two large shower rooms have other modern amenities, such as a towel warmer and a hairdryer. The building also has a concierge service and a complimentary complimentary gym on the lower levels. My apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy! NOTE: The flat is located in a noisy street. We apologise in advance for any noise disturbance.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
