The living room is equipped with a sofa, television and elegant French windows that let in fantastic natural light, making it the perfect space to relax. The dining room allows you to enjoy your meals in an intimate setting. The picturesque kitchen, which stands out for its beautiful traditional Portuguese tiles, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it has a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob and other practical equipment to help you in your day-to-day life. The bedroom is harmoniously decorated, showcasing a romantic and serene style. Providing a relaxing environment to recharge, it is equipped with an inviting double bed and a practical metal clothes rack (charriot) to store your belongings in an organised way. This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
