Welcome to my apartment! This charming 43 m² property in Lisbon is the ideal retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. Located on the ground floor, the space is thoughtfully designed to make the most of every square meter. The living area includes a lovely sitting area, a TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for enjoying meals or working remotely. The open-concept fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher and washing machine are also provided for easy cleanup. There are two beautiful bedrooms with a comfortable double bed and some storage spaces each. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort and peace of mind, the property is professionally cleaned before each arrival. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: This is a traditional building in the heart of Lisbon. As with many historic buildings in the city centre, there may occasionally be some ambient noise.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
