Some of the hosts' favourite spots to eat are Maniche Pizzaria, Mr Lu, Raposo, Vaskus Grill, Zona Franca dos Anjos, Floresta da Estefania, Delícia de Arroios, Adega do Domingos, Brick Café, Portugália, Padaria do Bairro, Gelataria Mú, Padaria Portuguesa, Cervejaria Ramiro, Zé da Mouraria 2. For a drink try: Love Lisbon, Casa Independente, O das Joanas, Damas, Botequim da Graça. Things to do: In addition to all the usual stuff you see in the guides, try the Feira da Almas flea market, concerts in the Intendente and Graça districts, and Torel Garden (great view and lovely terrace café). Various supermarkets are within walking distance, including one on our street. Pharmacy one street down.

Situated on the ground floor, the apartment is easily accessible, with no stairs to climb. The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa bed, a large Smart TV where you can enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table for up to four guests. You’ll also have access to a private patio, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essential cookware, utensils, and cutlery you need to prepare your favourite meals during your stay. The cosy bedroom features a comfortable double bed, complete with complimentary, hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, so you can settle in and feel right at home. To ensure a pleasant experience, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay, providing you with a fresh, welcoming, and comfortable environment. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
