The property is close to attractions like Oceanário and Water Gardens, good restaurants and shops, and 10 minutes away from Vasco da Gama on foot and from the Oriente station.

Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment has an easy floor plan. The expansive living space features a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. Feel free to step outside onto the balcony and enjoy the stunning view. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements, including a stove, microwave and coffee maker. A washer and a dryer are available if you wish to do the laundry. There are three bedrooms. The first has a comfy double bed, and the other two have twin beds—all with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. The property also has a private garage parking for their guests. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
