The property is close to various attractions (e.g. LX Factory), good restaurants and shops, and the Pavilhão Desportivo Ajuda tram stop is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! The property is located on the lower ground level. The beautiful living room features a convertible sofa bed with a coffee table and a TV for entertainment during your stay. There is also a big terrace should you wish to chill, as we also provide a sitting area here! The kitchen has a stove, microwave, oven, toaster, fridge, and dishwasher, so you can easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. Cooking utensils and kitchenware are also provided! The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a bed lamp, and ample storage space in the wardrobe and closet. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: The property is located under an airplane route and bellow street level. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
