Welcome to my apartment! This charming 50m² two-bedroom duplex apartment in Lisbon offers a warm and inviting retreat for families or friends looking to enjoy both comfort and character in a traditional, lively neighbourhood. While the property is located on the ground floor, please note that a few steps are required to access the entrance. Spread across two levels, the main floor features an open-plan living area with a cosy seating area, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table ideal for shared meals. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked dishes, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. An ironing equipment is available for added convenience. You'll also find the bathroom on this level, complete with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Upstairs, the two bedrooms provide a peaceful space to rest. One bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the other offers two single beds—both equipped with hotel-quality linens and ample storage for your belongings. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor terrace with a seating area, perfect for unwinding in the open air. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, there's also a shared BBQ, ideal for relaxed evenings with good food and company. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note: there are several steps inside the apartment complex, after entering through the main gate. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
