Welcome! The apartment is centrally located, cosy, and comfortable. It has been recently renovated and is fully equipped. It is ideal for five guests, but can accommodate up to seven adults. It is located on the first floor of the building and is accessible by stairs. The apartment measures 81 square metres and also includes a private garden of 90 square metres. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed, and another bedroom with two single beds. The living room features a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed. A baby cot can be provided upon prior request. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and washing machine. There is one full bathroom and an additional separate toilet. Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment. High-speed Wi-Fi with a 200 Mbps connection is provided, along with a TV offering more than 120 channels. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you enjoy your stay. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
