Located in Xèrica, you'll have the chance to immerse yourself in traditional Spanish village life while surrounded by stunning natural landscapes. The property is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs. The apartment features an open floor plan, a homely living room offering two comfortable sofas and a wide-screen smart TV for your entertainment needs. The dining table, accommodating up to eight people, is perfect for enjoying meals together. Additionally, there's a private balcony with a table and chairs where you can relax and take in the breathtaking views. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For your convenience, a washer and ironing equipment is also available for your laundry needs. You'll find a bedroom with a double bed, one with a bunk bed, and another with two single beds. All beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathrooms are well-appointed, and we provide towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
