Welcome to my home! This spacious house has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, style, and plenty of room for families and groups to enjoy a memorable stay. On the lower floor, you will find the main social areas of the house. The bright and welcoming living room, with comfortable seating, a TV, and large windows, invites you to relax after a day of exploring. The abundance of natural light makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. On this floor you will also find the spacious dining area, ideal for group meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, so you can prepare your meals with ease. There is also a guest bathroom serving the common areas. On the upper floor you will find the four bedrooms, offering greater privacy and tranquility. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. One of the private bathrooms is equipped with a shower, while the other functions as a private service bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are served by a full bathroom equipped with a shower. All beds come with hotel-quality linens and fresh towels are provided for your comfort. Outside, the charming terrace invites you to enjoy the mild climate of Ponta Delgada. With a comfortable seating area, it is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, unwind at the end of the day, or simply soak in the surrounding tranquility. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Dom lekarza to wspaniały dom w Horta. Zdecydowanie zatrzymałbym się tam ponownie. Lokalizacja była świetna, a taras idealnie nadawał się do wieczornego odpoczynku przy lampce wina i gry w karty z rodz

Dobra lokalizacja, piękna rezydencja, uroczy taras. Nie było klimatyzacji, a w pokojach na piętrze było dość gorąco.
