This apartment can be booked in conjunction with our other stunning seafront holiday let apartments, ideal for larger groups or families or events as all of our short break apartments are situated in the same building. This grand 5 bed apartment is available for up to 10 guests with 5 large spacious bedrooms. Minutes' from the pier and town centre. A great place for family and friends to enjoy a seaside break.

Entering into palace court a grand hallway welcomes you, featuring a beautiful Victorian elevator. The grand open spaces of this apartment are immediately evident upon entering the large reception area. A bright, spacious contemporary kitchen/diner is the perfect place to cook up a family meal or enjoy a lazy breakfast whilst soaking up the uninterrupted sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. A grand opulent living room with original feature fireplace, cosy furnishings and again the stunning sea views will make you really feel at home. The spacious, inviting Bedrooms to rear of the apartment with modern decor, original fireplaces and comfortable beds will ensure a good nights sleep. The Master bedroom and second bedroom both have king sized beds whilst the further two bedrooms have doubles. A modern fitted full bathroom with shower over the bath, separate shower room and w.c complete the apartment.

Please be aware there is 3 flights of stairs upon entering and an additional 2 flights of stairs. There is also 2 separate elevators you can use to avoid using the stairs, however the second elevator is a small 2 person lift. We suggest parking at Carlisle Parade Car Park, it is approximately a 5 minute walk to the property. You can park your car there for approximately £10.00 for 24hrs. Please be aware the car park we suggest is locked between 23:00 and 07:00, and has a height restriction of 2.2 metres.
