The living room features a sofa, two comfortable chairs, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. There's also a private balcony with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a meal while enjoying the stunning sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware, cutlery, and crockery you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave, and the latest Nespresso coffee machine. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
