Additionally, guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi in the communal areas. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table for intimate meals. Step out onto the private balcony, where a restful seating area invites you to unwind while taking in the stunning views. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment includes a dishwasher for effortless cleanup and a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary, featuring a plush queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Ample storage space is provided for your belongings, while the ensuite bathroom is stocked with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Please be mindful of our neighbours and house rules during your stay - quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please note that excessive noise during this time may result in additional fees. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before entering the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
