Welcome to our home! This fantastic apartment is the perfect place to spend a stay in Dubai. The space is equipped with a nice big and comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV so you can relax after a day in the city. There is also a balcony with chairs where you can have a nide view over the city. The apartment also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, stove, cookware, and more. The bedroom has a comfy king-size bed with hotel-quality linen for maximum comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and we have also provided a hairdryer, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your comfort and convenience! In our home, your health and safety come first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with a professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. We hope you have a fantastic stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
