Welcome to my Home! Located right in the modern Cluster K, a mixed area of commercial and residential spaces. My home is located in a secure skyrise that offers scenic views of Dubai's futuristic skyline. Comprised of a open living space with a kitchen and living integrated as one, and to keep you cool in Dubai's hot climate. You'll first step inside and be greeted by the kitchen, which is fully-equipped with all the modern amenities and essentials to make a full meal. A kitchen island that doubles as a dining table with 3 bar stools. A sitting area with a large, plush sofa and a smart TV with Netflix capability. Outside, there's a small balcony with seating for you to enjoy the cool desert nights. The bedroom has a queen-size bed lined in hotel-quality linens, a TV for you to enjoy in bed, and fresh towels. The bathroom comes with all the basics with complimentary toileteries. You'll have access to all shared facilities such as the gym and outdoor swimming pool. My home is cleaned and sanitised before your arrival. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
