An elegant two bedroom apartment centrally positioned in Downtown Dubai that enjoys breathtaking views day and night of Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, The Address Hotel and Old Town.

Welcome to our place! Situated in the heart of Downtown Dubai, home to the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, a magnificent heaven for shopaholics and high-end fashion connoisseurs. Souk Al Bahar, a luxury Arabian market, is just around the corner and offers handicrafts, jewellery, carpets, and textiles. Numerous restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are a short stroll away. This modern and stylishly furnished 130m2 apartment is located on the 6th floor, accessible by lift, granting magnificent views across Downtown Dubai and the picturesque Old Town, which blends traditional Arabic architecture with modern luxury. Sit back and relax in the comfy living room, furnished with a large comfortable sofa and lounging chairs, flat-screen smart TV, coffee tables and a desk area. The separate dining area has a table and chairs and connects to the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge-freezer to prepare tasty home-cooked meals easily. Cooking utensils and kitchenware, including a Nespresso coffee machine, are provided for your use. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the furnished balcony, offering a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the views. The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is equipped with a king-size bed (180 x 200) and the second with two single beds (120x200 each bed). Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated with ensuite bathrooms. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linen. The 2.5 bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath, sink, toilet and mirrors and come with complimentary toiletries and towels. Enjoy the other amenities in our home, including a washing machine. The apartment has underground car parking (own reserved space) and a shared swimming pool. Veo By Emaar gym is available just a 5 minute walk from the apartment (separate cost). The apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
