It features a plush queen-size bed, a sleek open-plan design, and floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing the space to be bathed in natural light. Relax with your favourite shows on the smart TV or step out onto the private balcony and enjoy a peaceful outdoor space, perfect for morning coffee or an evening unwind. This fantastic studio comes with an Alexa feature, which means that guests can turn the lights on or off using voice commands to Alexa or from the screen. The kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to cater to all your culinary needs. It is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, toaster, and kettle. A washer is also available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort and convenience. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that the swimming pool and gym are currently unavailable for use. Enjoy your stay! ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Super responsive team. Area is fine but shame no pool or gym. WellFit is close by though. All in all, great.
