Welcome to our home! Enjoy the views of the Dubai Marina from the cosy living area, fitted with a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, and a coffee table. The sleeping area is complete with a double bed, fresh linens, bed lamp as well as table and chairs that can be used as a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, a stove, microwave, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well! The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, and a large mirror and comes with complimentary toiletries and towels. The building includes a gym and sauna. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. We hope you have a fantastic stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or the surrounding area. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Great place to stay in JLT. I was enjoyed my 3 days. Many restaurants nearby, also metro is very close. It was easy to find and check in. The apartment was clean and have everything you feel yourself
