Any evidence of smoking, such as odors or residues, failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit. The property holds a valid license from Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). We require a copy of your passport prior to arrival for registration with the Dubai Tourism Department. A Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night will apply, as mandated by Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys Please Note: Dubai is a vibrant and ever-evolving city, which means there may be occasional construction nearby.
