Welcome! This lovely 162m2 apartment is located on the 59th floor, accessible by lift. Bright and stylishly decorated, the living room is designed with an open floor plan. You can find a comfortable seating area and a smart TV to enjoy watching your favourite Netflix shows comfortably. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the magnificent city views, including the Burj Khalifa. A fully equipped modern kitchen is at your disposal. It has all the essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to whip up a delicious meal, such as an oven and a microwave. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second and third bedrooms are furnished with double beds. Each room is tastefully decorated, and all beds are provided with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your comfort. The 2.5 contemporary bathrooms contain all the essentials you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower and a hairdryer. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
