There are also plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute drive from the home.

Welcome to GuestReady Essential in Sulafa Tower, right by the Dubai Marina, it's only minutes away from the popular Barasti Beach. Perfectly furnished for business and solo travelers. Located in an upmarket building with its own private security and small supermarket downstairs, the apartment has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Comprised of a open-living space with a small balcony outside; the smart TV has internet connectivity for you to watch Netflix or Youtube. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed that's line with fresh linens for a comfortable stay, while the bathroom comes with a bathtub and shower for you to relax. Inside your flat, you'll enjoy all the essentials for a smooth and relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite meals, a washing machine for your laundry needs, fresh towels and complimentary travel-sized toiletries. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. A Note for Expectation: Our essential homes are designed with practicality in mind. Given the central location, you may encounter light city noise—this area is lively. Sulafa Tower is one of the earlier developments in Dubai Marina, and while it offers a fantastic central location, it does show some signs of age. The building's plumbing and ventilation system is not as modern as newer properties, so occasionally, you may notice some smells in the property. We believe in being upfront so you can plan your stay with the right expectations—and still enjoy the comfort, convenience, and hospitality that GuestReady Essential provides. Enjoy!

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Great location and beautiful apartment, only negative was a smell from bathroom which seems to be not easily fixed.
