Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 31st floor with an elevator, our charming 110sqm apartment offers a strategic location and an upgraded living experience in the dynamic JBR community. Immerse yourself in the beauty of Dubai's skyline, indulge in beachside activities, and relish the convenience of proximity to major landmarks. The living room features two sofas, an armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door that leads you onto a furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second has a queen-sized one. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Important notice: Guests may experience construction noise during the day. Works are taking place in the building from approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. GuestReady is not the owner of this property and acts solely as an agent managing the property on behalf of the owner.

Guests will have access to the entire home. Gym access is no longer available for guests. Kindly remove this from all listings. Guests will no longer have access to the building using access cards. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access. Guests can still access the pool using the access card provided.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
