Step out onto the private balcony, furnished with seating areas, to relax and relish the city views. The fully-equipped kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery, featuring a stove, oven, and microwave. The bathroom is stocked with towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Guests will have access to the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
