Welcome to my home! This stunning 38m² studio apartment on the 4th floor is accessible by lift and designed with an open-plan living and sleeping area. It's elegantly furnished and well-maintained, featuring an armchair, a TV for all your favourite shows, and a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep. Step out onto the balcony, furnished with seating perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The modern kitchen has essential appliances, cookware and cutlery to meet all your cooking needs. Additionally, a washer is available for your laundry. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that the rooftop swimming pool is under maintenance, but the ground-floor swimming pool is open. The rooftop pool will be available to use after a month. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Please note that Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in apartment buildings or the surrounding areas. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city's dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property.
