Welcome to my home! This charming 48m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a cosy sofa bed, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. From here, you can step out onto the balcony to enjoy some fresh air. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and cutlery. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience. The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep. The bathroom comes with all the essentials, including towels and toiletries, so you can freshen up with ease. For your comfort, the apartment is always professionally cleaned before your stay. Enjoy your time here!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
