Welcome to my home! This charming 56m² apartment with sea view is ideally located close to top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering plenty of dining options. The living room is designed for your comfort, featuring a cosy sofa where you can relax, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table for meals or working. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare tasty meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. The bedroom is a comfortable and inviting space, furnished with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and a small desk—perfect for working or reading. Hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, with soft towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned before each stay to guarantee the highest level of comfort. It’s located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
