Located on the 2th floor without elevator of a Bordeaux building, our 30m2 apartment offers a lovely view of the top of Rue Sainte Catherine, Place de la Comédie and Place Tourny. The studio comes equipped with all the basic essentials needed for a comfortable stay, these include a kitchen fully-equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster and hob. There's a dishwasher at your disposal. 2 sleeping areas can welcome 4 guests, 2 in the main bedroom, and 2 more in the mezzanine. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Towels and sheets are provided. Have a nice stay !

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.

Le logement est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de la ville. Tout est accessible à pieds. Un peu bruyant la nuit mais nous sommes au bord de la rue ste Catherine donc c est compréhensible . Il manquai
