Please note that this is a private home, so we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care you would give your own home.

This property has self check-in and identity verification will be required before check-in. Check-in is available from 2 pm, subject to availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200. For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a cap of €80. For the first days, we provide basic supplies: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with linen change: the price of the cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
