The central location makes it easy to get to restaurants, shops, and various top attractions in the city. Casa da Música train station is only 10-mins away, allowing guests to travel and explore the city!

Modern and tastefully decorated, this fantastic 20 m² room is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple cuisines options. The room contains a delightful double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and a flat-screen TV, so you can comfortably sleep or watch your favourite shows. The area also features an oversized window that lets in sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting. There is no kitchen, but there is a chair where you can relax and enjoy light meals. The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The room is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! Please note: As the location of the property is very central and close to many of the best sights, some noise should be expected.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
