This beautiful 3-bedroom apartment is the perfect choice for a stay 3 minutes away from the beach. The apartment features a terrace, beach views, a nice living room providing ample space to relax. The property is also conveniently located close to local stores, making it convenient for any shopping needed during your stay.

Welcome! The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV with streaming and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Step out onto the terrace and enjoy breathtaking sea views while sipping your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washing machine available for your laundry needs. There are three bedrooms. The master suite combines comfort and style, with a king-size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom for a touch of modern luxury. The second room has a queen-size bed, and the third room has a single bed. All beds come with fresh linens. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that before check-in, all guests older than 16 years need to pay city tax, which is 6,90€ per guest per night (maximum 7 nights) Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
