The property is located on the first floor, accessible by lift but you also need to take stairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a cosy chair to relax after a day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, stove, an oven, a microwave, and a dining table. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher for easy post-meal cleanup, a drying rack, and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom features a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a spacious wardrobe for your storage needs. Additionally, there is an office room with a desk for those who need to work remotely or want a quiet space to read or relax. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.
