The lounge is equipped with a sumptuous blue sofa, an armchair, an elegant round dining table and a large TV — the perfect space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen, which stands out for its impeccable white marble finishes, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, induction hob and other modern built-in appliances to assist you in your daily life. The inviting balcony is conveniently accessed through the charming French windows in the living room, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful natural light during the day that brightens the entire area. This is a self-check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by the local authorities in Portugal. This accommodation is for adults only. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy applies with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door-opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
