Welcome to my apartment! This lovely one-bedroom apartment in Lisbon is the perfect choice for couples looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. It is 35m2 and on the second floor, accessible by stairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. There's also a private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment has a washer and drying rack to meet your laundry needs for added convenience. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! The ceiling throughout the apartment is low, approximately 1.90 m, and the stairs leading to the apartment are steep and narrow.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Very nice place to sleep, located in Alfama, the old part of Lisbon. Very quiet neighbourhood. Castelo de São Jorge is within walking distance. The 'newer' city centre is about a 10-minute walk away.
