Welcome to my home! This charming 75m² apartment is perfectly situated close to major attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants serving diverse cuisines. The living room is a cosy retreat, featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. With abundant natural light and a warm ambience, it’s a bright and inviting space to relax and unwind. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and cutlery. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed, and the other with two single beds that can be joined to form a queen bed. All beds are fitted with high-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Bathrooms come stocked with towels and essential toiletries, offering everything you need to refresh and relax. For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay. We hope you enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Very nice : Well-equipped, well-decorated accommodation, comfortable beds The first aid kit is not well stocked, the doors do not close, which is a shame as there is no real discretion.
