Welcome to my home! This charming 50m² apartment is modernly decorated and ideally located in one of the most exclusive and beautiful areas of Madrid. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed perfect for relaxing, smart TV and a dining table with high chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and much more. There is also a washing machine. The first bedroom has a cozy double bed and closet, while the second bedroom includes a comfortable twin bed that converts into a double bed. All beds are equipped with linens. The bathroom is equipped with everything needed to freshen up, including towels and toiletries. Please note that this space is small, so it is worth taking into account. To top it off, the space is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
