Welcome to my apartment! This charming 78 m² apartment with two bedrooms in Madrid is the ideal retreat for families or digital nomads seeking comfort for long stays in the city. The property is located on the ground floor but features two levels. On the lower level, you'll find a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need, such as stovetop, oven, microwave, and all essential utensils and cutlery. For added convenience, a washing machine and ironing equipment are also available on this floor. Upstairs, the first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second has a single bed. All beds come with quality linens. A dedicated office space with a desk and an additional single sofa bed provides the perfect setting for remote work or quiet reading. The bathroom comes fully stocked with essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for the first days, ensuring a comfortable experience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay! Note: Although the apartment has been carefully renovated with soundproofing, it is located in an older building, so occasional noise from neighbors may be heard. Rental Agreement: This is a seasonal rental apartment. Please note that you will need to sign a rental agreement before your arrival date.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
