The living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable seating area (also a sofa bed), a TV for watching your favourite shows through multiple streaming options like Netflix, and a dining table, creating the perfect space to relax or enjoy meals together. Step out onto the balcony, which features outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or simply unwinding in the fresh air. The kitchenette offers modern appliances along with all the essential cookware and crockery you need to prepare your favourite meals. A washer is also available for your laundry needs. The bedroom features a luxurious king size bed with hotel quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep, as well as plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathrooms includes everything you need to refresh yourself, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before every stay. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
