The living room includes a cozy sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options, and a dining area for four, ideal for relaxed evenings in. There's also a private balcony with seating area and enjoy the stunning panoramic views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. A washer and ironing set are also available to take care of your laundry. The bedroom offers a plush king-size bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, while the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
