Welcome to my apartment! This stylish 45 m² two-bedroom apartment in Braga is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Located on the third floor and accessible by lift, the apartment combines innovative design with comfort. The open-plan living area includes a comfortable seating area and a wide-screen TV, which is ideal for relaxing evenings and catching up on your favourite shows. Up on the mezzanine level, you'll find a king-sized bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, along with a private ensuite bathroom for your comfort and convenience. The adjoining kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. A dishwasher is also available to make cleaning up effortless, along with ironing equipment for added convenience during more extended stays. The bedroom features two single beds with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and an ensuite bathroom. All the bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. The property does daily cleaning. The cleaning team will change towels/sheets every day between 12:00 and 17:00; if you do not need this service, leave the "do not disturb" sign outside your bedroom door.

Exceptional, I recommend Great location in the heart of the city, with a car park 50 metres away. The flat is just like in the photos. Impeccable, I recommend it. A microwave is needed.
