Welcome to my apartment! This stylish 35 m² one-bedroom apartment in Braga is the perfect retreat for guests looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Located on the second floor and accessible by lift, the apartment combines innovative design with comfort. The open-plan living area includes a comfortable seating space, a dining table and a wide-screen TV, which is ideal for relaxing evenings and catching up on your favourite shows. Step onto the private balcony to savour the fresh air and enjoy a serene outdoor moment during your visit. The adjoining kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. A dishwasher is also available to make cleaning up effortless, along with ironing equipment for added convenience during more extended stays. The bedroom features two single beds with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. The property does daily cleaning. The cleaning team will change towels/sheets every day between 12:00 and 17:00; if you do not need this service, leave the "do not disturb" sign outside your bedroom door.
