Welcome to GuestReady Essentials in Dublin. This 60m² two-bedroom Dublin apartment is on the first floor with lift access. The living area has a sofa, wide-screen TV with streaming, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchenette includes a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, cutlery, dishwasher, washer, and ironing equipment. Both bedrooms have queen beds with hotel-quality linens. Two bathrooms come with fresh towels and complimentary travel sized toiletries. A Note for Expectations: We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect while enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. The plumbing and hot water has previously had minor issues with the pressure, it has been serviced, but cannot guarantee it may not happen again. In such an event, our 24/7 guest support is available to help. Enjoy your stay! Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
