This homely 49m² space is conveniently located in the town of Estreito de Camara de Lobos. The village boasts a local farmers market, several small cafes and the famous As Vides restaurant which is widely believed to serve the best Espatada on the whole Island. The property is just a 10-minute drive away from the centre of Funchal, providing easy access to various tourist spots and services. It is important to note that the house is a short 80m walk from roadside parking and guests are advised that the access is a little steep. Furthermore, we recommend that guests looking to stay with us have their own transport either a car or scooter, as local transport links and taxis are limited outside of Funchal.

This one-bedroom downstairs apartment had been designed for your comfort, featuring large glass sliding doors allowing for indoor-outdoor living. The modern minimalist living room is designed for relaxation. It features a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. Multiple windows fill the room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area also opens to a backyard with outdoor furniture, perfect for unwinding in the garden with distant sea views. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. The bedroom offers a double bed and a chest of drawers, with hotel-quality linens for comfort. The bathroom is well-stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh during your stay. Rest assured, the house is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
