Welcome to my apartment! This charming 96m2, 2-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in Madeira is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The property is located on the 3rd floor and accessible by lift. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. One of the beds is queen-size and the other is a double bed, both dressed in hotel-quality linen for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The property also offers the added convenience of private parking, ensuring that you have a secure space for your vehicle during your stay. Please note that the garage is best suited for smaller vehicles, as it accommodates cars up to approximately 1.8 meters in width. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
